Thing 17 Exploring Social Networking

Have had a look at MySpace and some of the sites put up by libraries - most seem to be for the younger viewers and I can see that they would be attractive to them

Have spent a bit of time exploring MySpace itself and it seems to have a number of tools in it that would be useful to have in one place - couldnt find anyone I know who was on it

Joined Facebook which I find easy to use and have to say couldnt believe the number of people that I know that I found on it - mostly my kids generation but to my surprise found a number of my vintage - think it would/will be very useful to keep up with what is going on in the lives of friends family etc - can see myself wasting sometime on this!!!!!!!!!!
